Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez has worked as an Cuban and American TV arbitrator from Caso Cerrado. She was born in Havana Cuba Ana moved to Miami when she was 2 years old, accompanied by family members. Ana Maria Polo was born in Habana in Cuba. She is currently the host of the Telemundo show "Caso Cerrado" which is an Spanish programming on television which has been nominated for the Daytime Entertainment Emmy Award. In 2015, she was ranked the top Spanish-language show at 4pm for the key demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. Following her graduation at Florida International University's political sciences program, she made the move to Havana where she stayed for 20 years. Then she earned a PhD in law from the University of Miami, and was a lawyer for over 20 decades in Miami. After obtaining her PhD from the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for more than 20 years. Polo's legal knowledge was used on other court shows, and Telemundo Sala de Parejas 2001 and on the show Sala de Parejas. Literature Awards She wrote Los Hijos Muertos in 1958. The novel was awarded the Critic's Prize and The Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute left Spain for an adventure in the United States in 1960. She is a breast cancer survivor. Polo frequently speaks and raises funds for the causes. Polo has been a vocal advocate for LGBT rights all throughout her life. She is a lawyer at The University of Miami School of Law as well as also a Florida Bar Member.
